Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing amadhe.com, the online food delivery platform that connects you with your favorite home made chef and cooks for your different cuisines. We value your satisfaction and trust, and we are committed to providing you with the best service possible. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned, and you may need to return or cancel your order. In that case, please read
our return and refund policy carefully.

Return Policy You can return your order within 1 hours of delivery, if:

 1. The food delivered is different from what you ordered
 2. The food delivered is spoiled, damaged, or contaminated
 3. The food delivered is missing any items or portions
 4. To return your order, please contact our customer support team by email us at support@amadhe.com
with your order details and reason for return. We will arrange for a pickup of the food from your location
and initiate a refund or replacement as per your preference.
- Please note that you cannot return your order if:
 1. You have consumed more than 20% of the food
 2. You have disposed of the food or its packaging
 3. You have altered or tampered with the food or its packaging
 4. The food delivered is in accordance with your order and meets our quality standards

Refund Policy- You can request a refund for your order within 1 hours of delivery, if:

 1. You have returned your order as per our return policy
 2. Your order was cancelled by us due to unforeseen circumstances
 3. Your order was delayed by more than one hour from the estimated delivery time
 4. To request a refund, please contact our customer support team email us at support@amadhe.com with
your order details and reason for refund. We will process your refund within 7-10 working days, using the
same payment method that you used to place the order.

- Please note that you cannot request a refund if:

 1. You have not returned your order as per our return policy
 2. Your order was cancelled by you after it was confirmed by the home chef’s, cook etc.
 3. Your order was delivered within the estimated delivery time
 4. You have any other issues or complaints that are not related to the food quality or delivery
We reserve the right to reject any return or refund request that does not comply with our policy or that we deem as fraudulent or abusive.
